A 30-year veteran and an expert in brand management, merchandising and product development in the Ski Equipment, Footwear, Apparel and Outdoor Industries. Joe has developed go-to market strategies for industry leaders like Salomon, Tyrolia, Head, Raichle, The Timberland Company, LL. Bean, Polartec, Woolrich and Manzella Productions, New England Footwear and others increasing revenues, brand recognition and market share. Joe is well known for his ability to develop brands, train and lead marketing teams around the globe, open new markets and oversee business development directives.

Joe enjoys telemark skiing, hiking, sporting clays, salt water fly fishing and boating.

Tony Manzella –Managing Partner

Tony is well known in the Outdoor industry as the Founder and CEO of Manzella Productions Inc. As a 30-year veteran in the glove and accessory business for Ski, Hunting Sports, Military and Apparel, he is a practical, seasoned professional with a wide range of management skills essential to creating, growing and perpetuating a scalable business.

Tony has honed his skills in Strategic Planning, Go-to-Market Strategies, Business Development and Growth Strategies, Product Positioning, P&L Oversight.

Tony has enjoyed teaching business classes as an adjunct professor at the University of New York at Buffalo

Tony sold his business to the Totes Isotoner Group in 2011. He has now turned his attention, skill and experience towards helping other businesses to achieve greater growth and wealth.

Tony enjoys golf, tennis, pickleball, biking and most recently bocce.
